When Taylor Swift arrived at the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos game on Sunday, she corrected her security guard’s speech to photographers.
As the Grammy winner and her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, pulled into Arrowhead Stadium in a golf cart, photographers swarmed around her.
One of her team members yelled angrily, “Guys, stay back!” in a video posted on X.
As she strode into the arena, Swift interrupted and gently reprimanded her, saying, “Stay back, please.”
The 34-year-old pop sensation quickly rectified her security guard’s instructions, causing the room to go silent.
Her teammate’s response to the punishment was not captured on camera.
Swift’s parents trailed closely after her as she headed toward the VIP suite where she usually watches home games.
One admirer wrote on social media, “Polite queen!” while another, “I love this.” Show respect.
Another user said, “Hey, she really toddler mom’d the f–k out of them 😂.”
As the singer entered the venue on Sunday, another member of her entourage also engaged in conversation with photographers.
“Get up! Get up! In a video posted on X, one of her security officers shouted at photographers, “Stand up!”
When Swift noticed her team was shielding her from unsuitable camera angles, she seemed to slow down her strut into the arena. Swift was wearing a Versace skirt suit.
Then, once the photographers apparently heard his plea, he said, “Thank you guys very much.”
Swift, meantime, celebrated her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s historic touchdown during the game, which was also his 76th career.
In addition to friends and family celebrating the NFL tight end’s achievement, the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker was spotted applauding and cheering.
In the end, the Chiefs trounced the Broncos 16–14, and they are still unbeaten this season.
