SZA Responds to Fans Requests for a Joint Album With Kendrick Lamar

SZA does not seem opposed to the growing fan calls to do a joint project with her frequent collaborator, Kendrick Lamar.

SZA appears open to the increasing fan requests for a collaborative project with her regular partner, Kendrick Lamar.

The duo recently came together on the track “30 For 30” from SZA’s new Lana (SOS Deluxe) album, released shortly after they revealed a co-headlining tour.

Social media has been buzzing for a complete project from the duo, and one particular post appeared on SZA’s Instagram Story – which fans interpret as an endorsement.

The man in the clip states, “I represent all Kendrick and SZA fans when I say – we require an EP, man.” “We require a complete project featuring collaborations between Kendrick and SZA.” Since this chemistry is irrefutable at this stage! “Whenever they gather, it’s always a success, man!”

Given the time they will share on the journey, anything can happen – yet nothing is guaranteed at this moment.

The journey currently comprises 23 stops, including the previously mentioned second night in Toronto on June 13, along with an additional third night in K. Dot’s native Los Angeles on May 24.

The event begins on April 19 in Minneapolis, MN, and concludes on June 18 in Landover, MD, featuring stops in cities like Houston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Chicago throughout.

Tickets can be purchased now via the official website of the tour.

The shows in Toronto will be held at the Roger Centre, marking Kendrick as the first rapper to headline this stadium (formerly known as the SkyDome).

Fans on social media had a blast with this news, with many seeing it as a subtle jab at the 6 God — especially since the Toronto concert is scheduled just before Father’s Day.

“This guy has reached a new height of wickedness [crying face emojis],” one person said, while another laughed, “Kendrick and SZA performing ‘Not Like Us’ in Toronto the same week as Father’s Day is going to create a vibe.”

Another person chimed in: “I doubt you all understand how wild it is that Kendrick is performing at the Rogers Centre in Toronto for his tour.” That’s the largest venue in the city, and Drake has NEVER performed there. “If he sells out the largest venue in Toronto ahead of the local rap superstar, that’s insane.”
