Snoop Dogg shares who he would love to smoke a blunt with

Snoop Dogg is renowned for being a world-class weed smoker

Snoop Dogg is famous for being an exceptional cannabis smoker, so it’s logical that he was inquired about his “ideal blunt rotation.”

In a Complex cover story released on Monday (December 16) regarding his new album Missionary produced by Dr. Dre, Tha Doggfather responded to a question from writer Jillian Hardeman-Webb: “Who’s in your ideal blunt rotation?” “Living or deceased.”

“I sincerely wish to smoke and collaborate on a record with Sade,” the rapper responded. “I believe we would enjoy ourselves smoking and then heading straight into a session produced by Dr. Dre.”

Besides Sade, Snoop mentioned Michael Jordan and Muhammad Ali. When questioned about the exclusion of Michael Jackson, Snoop replied: “I smoked beside Michael Jackson.”

Dre, on his end, provided a complete lineup featuring musicians Kurt Cobain, Ella Fitzgerald, Thelonious Monk, and George Clinton.

In another part of the Complex narrative, Dre acknowledged that a significant amount of time has passed since he felt inspired by a Hip Hop album.

The renowned producer was questioned: “Can you recall the most recent individual or album that inspired you?”

“Honestly, if we’re discussing recent stuff, I would mention good kid, m.A.A.d city and To Pimp a Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar as the last hip-hop albums that motivated me,” he said, referencing K.Dot’s 2012 and 2015 projects, accordingly.

Dre served as an executive producer for each of the two projects.

A major surprise on Missionary was the collaboration of Snoop, Dre, Eminem, and 50 Cent as a four-man group for the first time on a new track titled “Gunz N Smoke,” which honors the legendary Notorious B.I.G.

Even though they have been friends and collaborators for a long time, working in various combinations over the past 25 years, the rap icons have never before all appeared on the same track.

The heavyweight track features 50, Snoop, and Em exchanging revitalized verses over funky beats created by the Aftermath founder.

Biggie’s influence is evident in the first part of the track as 50 mimics the Bad Boy rapper’s flow and raps: “Red dot ya, I got ya / B.I.G. time, who shot ya?” — right when Dre introduces a deep bassline reminiscent of “Hypnotize.”

Snoop reuses Big’s “you should too, if you knew” line from “Notorious Thugs” in his verse, while a sample of his “gunsmoke!” phrase from “Dead Wrong” echoes continuously.
