Sean Combs Charged with Assaulting, Drugging, and Soaking Adult Male Performer in Baby Oil

An adult male performer has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming the Bad Boy Records founder assaulted him sexually, drugged him, and “coerced” him into engaging in commercial sex acts with several women over a five-year span, all while enticing him with the prospect of a possible music career.

The man from Las Vegas, who filed a lawsuit using a John Doe name in the Southern District of New York on Tuesday, alleges that Combs would require him to cover himself in baby oil, causing him to feel confused and unsettled, as per the lawsuit acquired by Rolling Stone.

The lawsuit claims that if Doe or the woman showed any signs of discomfort or hesitation in doing what Combs desired, the mogul would become “enraged” at “any indication of reluctance or resistance.” The 55-year-old reportedly yelled and swore, tossed items throughout the room, and raised his fists as though he intended to strike the man.

Caught in a “whirlwind of intimidation and exploitation,” the man asserts that Combs threatened his life and extorted him with hidden recordings of their sexual encounters. Following his last discussion with Combs in November 2012, the individual claims he “felt a powerful and persistent urge to speak out about Combs’ mistreatment, yet was held back by worries that Combs would act on his threats to make public the damaging videos of Plaintiff, causing irreversible damage to Plaintiff’s reputation.”

The lawsuit asserts that “Combs stripped Plaintiff of his humanity, turning him into simply an object for Combs’ entertainment and to fulfill his sexual desires.” “Combs severely took advantage of Plaintiff, essentially confining him and managing him through covert monitoring and recording.”

Besides Doe’s complaint, two other women filed lawsuits against Combs on Tuesday, accusing them of being drugged, confined in locations, and coerced into sexual acts with Combs’ associates during the Nineties.

When contacted for a statement by Rolling Stone, Combs’ legal team provided an earlier issued comment. “The number of lawsuits filed won’t alter the truth that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or engaged in sex trafficking — whether it involves a man or a woman, adult or minor,” the statement stated. “Thankfully, there is a just and unbiased judicial system in place to distinguish truth from falsehood, and Mr. Combs believes he will succeed in court.”

Doe’s legal action did not explicitly refer to “freak-offs” or “Wild King Nights,” which were detailed by Combs’ former partner Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and ex-assistant Phil Pines in their individual sexual abuse claims against Combs. Nonetheless, the accounts of the organization of the sexual encounters and event similarities reflect details from both Ventura and Pines’ legal cases.

Last week, an inquiry by Rolling Stone featured a testimony from a male sex worker who described what supposedly happens during freak-offs. Nathan, using a pseudonym for his protection, remembered being called to “luxurious” hotel rooms in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, handing over his phone, taking off his clothes, and grabbing a bottle of baby oil from a warm tub. “I still don’t use baby oil because of how much I applied in the past,” he stated. “The rooms in the hotel were icy.” The baby oil was heated, so if you felt chilly and your garments were secured in a separate room, the baby oil helped to keep you warm.

In the filing submitted on Tuesday, Doe asserts that he initially encountered Combs when he was a sought-after and well-known adult performer in Las Vegas in 2007. He claims he was hired via his agency to do a strip show at a hotel for an unidentified client. Doe asserts that the client was Combs. Following several arrangements made via the man’s agency, he claims that Combs sought to sidestep the agency and hire him directly. Understanding Doe’s aspiration to become a musician, Combs reportedly offered to hear his music and showed a readiness to assist Doe in progressing his career. “Combs reportedly said to Doe, ‘I can turn you into a millionaire by tomorrow.’”

Over the next several years, the man asserts that Combs and his associates would arrange his travel directly, transporting him across the nation to different hotel accommodations and Combs’ personal homes. The man asserts that Combs was frequently accompanied by a woman, although at times other men and women were also around. The man reportedly had to remove his clothing, leaving it and his phone in a separate room for the occasionally extended encounters lasting several days.

Nearly right away, Combs is said to have stretched Doe’s limits. The man asserts that after being told to cover himself in baby oil, he would abruptly become disoriented, excessively tired, and “disturbed by the feeling of being confined in his own body.” Combs would supposedly urge him to use additional baby oil, becoming enraged if he declined to apply more. “You’re becoming a bit boring – apply some extra baby oil on yourself,” Combs would allegedly remark. “The lawsuit claims that on several instances, Combs sprayed substantial quantities of baby oil onto Plaintiff’s skin, applying it so thickly that it ran off his body.” The man asserts that he eventually suspected a connection between the baby oil and his sudden onset of drowsiness.

During this confused condition, “Combs directed him to carry out actions that exceeded the parameters of the agreed performance and restrictions established by Plaintiff and his agency,” the lawsuit alleges. “Combs directed Plaintiff to perform actions like masturbation while Combs and the woman had sexual intercourse.”

“Throughout many interactions, Combs insisted that the Plaintiff participate in sexual acts with the woman who was there,” the complaint states. This involved contacting her breasts, vagina, and buttocks, as well as participating in vaginal intercourse. Combs frequently placed his face directly between the Plaintiff’s and the woman’s genitals to closely watch and confirm they were participating in penetration.

The lawsuit alleges that if the man failed to promptly follow Combs’ orders, Combs would seize Doe “by the shaft of his penis, inflicting physical pain, and compelled Plaintiff’s penis into the woman’s vagina.” “On certain occasions, Combs made contact with and caressed Plaintiff’s penis.” The man asserts that he thinks Combs molested him on instances when he would wake up and find semen in his anus.

The man claims that Combs secretly drugged him, stating that on multiple occasions he experienced an “involuntary erection despite not being sexually stimulated.” He asserts that Combs confessed to adding Viagra to his drink.

The two Jane Does further charged Combs with sexual misconduct, asserting that they both participated in the hip-hop scene during the late Eighties and Nineties. They claim that at parties attended by Combs, they were drugged, restrained, and sexually assaulted by certain associates of Combs while he observed.

The addition of three new complaints raises the total civil lawsuits against Combs to over 45, with most alleging sexual misconduct by the 55-year-old. Combs’ team has released a wide-ranging rejection of all the accusations. “As we have stated many times, it is regrettable that anyone is able to submit a complaint even without any evidence,” they remarked. Combs is also looking at a sentence of 15 years to life in prison after being arrested and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy in September. He entered a not guilty plea to the accusations and a trial is scheduled for this May.
