P Diddy Faces New Lawsuits Alleging Sexual Assault of 10-Year-Old Boy

Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Serious accusations of sexual assault have been made against well-known rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. These allegations include the drugging and sexual assault of a 10-year-old youngster in 2005 and the assault of a 17-year-old budding musician in 2008.

Individuals who claim they were abused by Combs have filed numerous lawsuits against him, and these accusations are part of a larger pattern of his alleged sexual misconduct.

The claims allege that Combs targeted young people at parties, meetings, and at auditions for his TV show “Making the Band,” using his position of authority and influence to abuse and harm them.

Combs’ legal team has strongly refuted all accusations of misconduct in response to the charges, accusing Anthony Buzbee, the plaintiffs’ attorney, of pursuing notoriety.

However, Buzbee claims that in order to defend the rights of over 150 Combs victims, he has filed many cases.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs assault allegation

Charged with federal sex trafficking, Combs is presently awaiting trial in New York City.

The charge brought against him outlines a concerning pattern of coercion, abuse, and victim silence through extortion and violence.

In the lawsuit, Combs is accused of drugging and sexually abusing the 10-year-old boy in a hotel room during a fictitious audition.

In order to effectively silence the boy and keep him from getting help, he threatened to hurt his parents if he told them about the abuse.

Combs allegedly mistreated and exploited the 17-year-old

Combs allegedly mistreated and exploited the 17-year-old would-be musician during the audition process by making him have oral sex as a “test” for the “Making the Band” show.

The Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act of New York City, which permits survivors to pursue legal action even after the statute of limitations has passed, was the basis for both claims. Combs’ criminal trial is scheduled for May 2025.
