Incarcerated rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is anticipated to confront over 10 additional civil lawsuits in the next few days, as stated by an attorney representing numerous claimants.
Tony Buzbee’s announcement was made as he submitted a new legal case in New York for an unidentified man, who alleges he was attacked by the music mogul in 2015.
The legal complaint indicates that the plaintiff, a 23-year-old male, was showcasing his talent at an event where Combs was present, aspiring to join his label, Bad Boy Records. The lawsuit claims that the accuser was drugged at a party afterward and sexually assaulted.
A representative for Combs did not respond immediately, but the rapper has strongly denied the claims made against him, which include drugging, assaulting, and raping individuals.
He is also dealing with federal charges related to a racketeering and sex trafficking operation, to which he has entered a not guilty plea.
Mr. Buzbee, who operates from Texas, has been instrumental in several cases against Combs in the last year, including one that also listed Jay-Z as a defendant (Jay-Z has refuted these allegations and requested the court to dismiss the lawsuit).

He stated that he intends to initiate over 10 lawsuits within the next seven to 10 days, as the deadline of 1 March in New York approaches – the final day of a law that permits victims of historical sexual assault to pursue civil lawsuits, even with an expired statute of limitations.
The recent lawsuit originates from 2015, when the plaintiff obtained a chance to perform at a nightclub in the Los Angeles region, where Combs was present.

According to the lawsuit, Combs’ associate told the accuser that the rapper was aware of his talent and would be paying attention. He was informed that if he did well, Combs might consider negotiating a deal with Bad Boy Records – the successful label the rapper established in 1993.

Following what the plaintiff thought was an “outstanding performance,” he received an invitation to join an afterparty, which featured a VIP area stocked with “numerous bottles of Combs’ vodka, Ciroc,” alongside “drugs like marijuana, cocaine, and ecstasy,” according to the lawsuit.
An associate of the music mogul offered the accuser a drink, claiming it was from Combs. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff “rapidly felt dizzy” after drinking it and recognized he had been “drugged.” He subsequently went unconscious.
The legal complaint claims that as he oscillated between consciousness, he witnessed Combs and his group reportedly involved in “group sexual activity” with participants who seemed “either intoxicated, unresponsive, or resembling paid escorts.”
According to the lawsuit, he claimed he woke up to an assault by Combs. As he attempted to exit, Combs’ security stepped in, and the rapper purportedly threatened to hinder his career opportunities, according to the lawsuit.
Combs is presently contending with over 30 civil suits claiming sexual assault and misconduct. He is presently in a jail in New York awaiting a federal trial for sex trafficking and racketeering.
