Serena Williams was displaying effortless skills at the 2025 Super Bowl.
Kendrick Lamar made history as the first solo hip-hop artist to headline the halftime show, surprising audiences by highlighting the 23-time Grand Slam champion while he performed “Not Like Us” at the Caesars Superdome in Louisiana on Feb. 9.
The “Humble” rapper delivered the diss track—one of numerous directed at Drake during their continuing rivalry—while performing his medley as Serena displayed her dance moves in a blue tennis skirt paired with a matching top.

The athlete—who allegedly had a relationship with the OVO founder in 2015—expressed excitement about her appearance after the show that included Samuel L. Jackson and Drake’s former girlfriend SZA. (The couple had a short relationship in 2009.)
“Let’s head to Super Bowl halftime,” Serena posted on X, previously called Twitter, with a video of her posing for pictures. “I passed away for a moment!”

In a video, she joked about her dancing, saying, “Wow, I definitely didn’t crip walk like that at Wimbledon.” “I would receive a penalty!”
She even lampooned the intense feud between Kendrick and Drake, which has now escalated into a lawsuit filed by the “God’s Plan” artist against Universal Music Group.

“If there’s anything I’ve taken away from this year, it’s that none of us, absolutely none of us, not even myself, should ever engage in a confrontation with Kendrick Lamar,” she remarked at the 2024 ESPY Awards shortly after Essence. “He will cause your hometown to dislike you.” The next occasion Drake is seen courtside at a Raptors game, they’re going to Forrest Gump him. “Seats occupied.”
