The woman who alleged that Jay-Z raped her at the age of 13 is maintaining her allegations after the rapper filed a defamation lawsuit against her and her attorney, Tony Buzbee.
New court documents acquired by TMZ reveal that the unnamed woman claims she is maintaining her allegations despite the dismissal of her rape lawsuit.
She additionally claims that the “Empire State of Mind” rapper is attempting to intimidate her into withdrawing her allegations.
In the documents, the woman stated that she was recently confronted outside her residence and trapped by two individuals who asserted they were investigators working for one of Jay-Z’s lawyers.
They reportedly attempted to have her sign documents asserting that her allegations of rape against the Grammy winner (real name Shawn Carter) were untrue, which she refused to do.
Jane Doe — who has openly acknowledged “inconsistencies” in her legal case — further asserted that the investigators inquired if Buzbee approached her and proposed financial compensation to target Jay-Z in the rape allegation. According to court documents, she refuted both claims.
She now claims to feel intimidated and fearful after the supposed encounter and is uncertain how the two individuals located her despite her maintaining public anonymity.
In reaction to Jay-Z’s recent lawsuit, “[Jay-Z’s team] has submitted a made-up case in Alabama asserting that [Jane Done] recanted, which she has not and will not.” She has faced harassment and intimidation. We plan to pursue legal action to have Shawn Carter’s team refrain from contacting her.
In October of last year, the woman first brought a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that the rap mogul purportedly raped her at the age of 13, aided by two unidentified celebrities during an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000. (Combs has refuted the allegations.)

In December, she revised the lawsuit to add Jay-Z’s name among the unnamed celebrities accused of being involved in the purported rape.
In the lawsuit, the woman alleged that the “Hard Knock Life” rapper, 55, supposedly took off her clothes and restrained her while sexually assaulting her, with Combs, also 55, and an unnamed female celebrity observing.
She further claimed that the founder of Bad Boy Records sexually assaulted her while Jay-Z and the woman observed.
The founder of Roc Nation strongly repudiated the “atrocious” accusations and criticized the “despicable” lawyer Buzbee for his “history … of dramatics.”
“What [Buzbee] had assessed was that the nature of these accusations and the public attention would compel me to settle,” he informed us.
“No, sir, it produced the contrary outcome!” It compelled me to reveal you as the deceitful person you are in a VERY visible way. “Therefore, I will not provide you with even a SINGLE RED PENNY!!”
Jay-Z, who has a daughter named Blue Ivy, 13, and twins Rumi and Sir, 7, with his wife Beyoncé, expressed that his “only heartbreak” in this scenario is for his family.

In February, Doe withdrew her rape lawsuit against the father of three, and he issued a statement praising the victory.
“Today is a triumph.” The trivial, false, and shocking claims have been rejected. “This civil case lacked validity and was never going to progress,” he stated.

“The absurd story they fabricated was amusing, were it not for the gravity of the allegations,” Jay-Z remarked.

“I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this experience.” “The suffering that my wife, children, relatives, and I have experienced can never be overlooked.”
The next month, Jay-Z initiated legal action against the woman and Buzbee, claiming they colluded to wrongfully accuse him of sexual assault, which reportedly led to a loss of at least $20 million for him.
