Just one day after Jay-Z was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 with Sean “Diddy” Combs, Foxy Brown shared a number of mysterious messages.
The “Get Me Home” rapper shared the phrases “WOW” and “WAIT” accompanied by a shocked-face emoji on her Instagram Story on Monday, according to the Daily Mail.
After that, Brown—real name Inga DeCarlo Fung Marchand—shared only one icy face emoji.
Despite the timing of the posts following the refiled civil suit against Jay-Z and Combs, Brown made no mention of either.
She also did not provide an explanation regarding the significance of her messages.
Page Six contacted representatives for Jay-Z and Brown for comment but did not receive a response right away.
Brown, 46, has worked with Jay-Z on various songs before, such as her 1996 hit “I’ll Be.”
In October, she made headlines on social media to criticize allegations that she had agreed to an NDA regarding her relationship with the 24-time Grammy winner.

“In the icon industry!” “Don’t bring that false news my way,” Brown stated, as reported by Billboard. “NDA?” Ain’t nobody alive who can halt my story. “NDA on my stuff will hit 100 million.”
Brown additionally posted a screenshot of a YouTube video asserting she was “break[ing] her silence” regarding Jay-Z.
“Quit messing with my name, craving attention,” she wrote back then. “Can’t fool me with the nonsense to bring Hov down.” “Better inquire about the fabric I’m made of.”
Brown appeared to express her support for the Roc Nation founder, 55, stating, “Y’all really want me to be anti-Hov.” “Front of House.” (The abbreviation stands for “Get lost.”)
The “Ill Na Na” rapper’s mysterious posts followed Jay-Z being mentioned in a civil lawsuit on Sunday, accusing him of raping a teenage girl alongside Combs at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000.

Jay-Z firmly rejected the allegations in a statement to Page Six, alleging that Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee is attempting to “blackmail” him.
“What [Buzbee] had determined was that the nature of these accusations and the public attention would lead me to seek a settlement,” he stated.
“No, sir, it produced the contrary result!” It inspired me to reveal you as the fraud you truly are in a VERY public manner. “Therefore, I will not give you a SINGLE RED PENNY!!”
Combs’ legal representatives, on the other hand, also rejected the claims, labeling them a “shameless publicity [stunt].” He is in jail awaiting his trial on charges of sex trafficking.
