It’s possible Offset will welcome the new year with a fresh romance.
While going through his divorce from estranged wife Cardi B, the Migos rapper was spotted with a new woman during a shopping trip in Dubai on New Year’s Eve.
For the outing, Offset—who was in town to perform three shows on Dec. 31, Jan. 1, and Jan. 2—dressed casually in black joggers and a gray T-shirt while browsing the racks at a Chanel store. Next to him, his partner—recognized by TMZ as model Melanie Jayda—watched the upscale goods while wearing a gray halter top and matching midi skirt. To complete her warm-weather outfit, she styled her short blonde hair in a half-updo and added black sunglasses as accessories.

That wasn’t the sole occasion Offset was seen with his travel companion. The next day, the “Ric Flair Drip” musician and model were spotted in the city again, with Melanie wearing a striped, form-fitting midi dress. Regarding Offset, his attire for the event was just as casual, featuring an off-white zip-up hoodie labeled “army” and black trousers.
Five months prior to his trip to Dubai, Cardi initiated divorce proceedings from the MC after nearly seven years of being married. The following day, the “I Like It” rapper revealed that she and Offset—parents to daughter Kulture, 6, and son Wave, 2—were anticipating their third child.
“I’m incredibly thankful to have experienced this season with you,” Cardi expressed in an Instagram message to her child, alongside pictures of her baby bump, “you have given me more love, greater life, and most importantly, restored my strength!” It reminded me that I can achieve everything! You’ve shown me that I never need to decide between life, love, and my passion!

Although the Grammy winner hasn’t revealed the identities of her recent romantic interests, Cardi—who welcomed her third child in September—has acknowledged dating others since their split in a series of harsh messages to Offset after he claimed she was “focus[ed] on d–k.”
“Being single and dating means I’m only concerned about men??” she wrote in a now-deleted post on X. “You come off as foolish, pretending to be kind after doing what you intended all along, trying to manipulate a story for these people.” “Congratulations!!”
Cardi insisted, “Get lost and sign the documents TODAY.”
