Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a man, who claimed that a professional athlete’s intervention was the only reason the alleged attack ended.
The man, who filed the legal case under the pseudonym John Doe, claimed the assault happened in 2022 at a party in Los Angeles. The complaint was submitted on October 20.
According to the lawsuit, the petitioner, who is the “owner of a family business specializing in renting luxury cars and jewelry,” said that Combs, a regular customer of his business, invited him to the event. When he arrived, the plaintiff spotted a lot of “high-profile guests,” but Combs “instructed” him to meet at his office for a private conversation.
“Plaintiff assumed Combs wanted to have a discussion about business,” the complaint states. “However, Plaintiff immediately realized Combs was intoxicated and acting strangely.”
Combs then “removed his pants and exposed his genitals to Plaintiff,” the document states, before snatching the plaintiff’s own genitalia and “squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner.”
“Plaintiff, shocked and disoriented,” according to the lawsuit, “did not know how to respond to the weirdly inappropriate sexual advance made by Combs.”
The lawsuit states that the matter “escalated” until a professional athlete who wishes to remain anonymous “entered the office and, intervened which ended the Combs’ assault.”
The complainant claims that the alleged incident caused him to experience “significant emotional distress and trauma”. He is seeking both punitive and compensatory damages against Combs.

The lawsuit claimed, “Combs is a menace to society, women and children,” before mentioning the 54-year-old’s impending federal trial for suspected prostitution, sex trafficking, and racketeering. “While his wealth has kept him above consequence for years, Combs now faces the awesome power of the American judicial system and ultimately a jury of his peers.”
Combs is being jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after entering a not guilty plea to his federal charges. In addition to being incarcerated, he is being sued in numerous legal cases for alleged sexual assault and rape.
Combs’ lawyer referenced their Oct. 1 statement in response to the allegations, which included those made by John Doe, saying, “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Search warrants were issued for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles.
On March 25, several law enforcement sources told NBC News that federal investigators from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) carried out search warrants at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles.
A representative for HSI New York confirmed to E! News that the agency “executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners.” The sources told the outlet that the warrant originated from the Southern District of New York.
The music mogul was in the Miami region when the search warrants were carried out, according to law enforcement sources who spoke to NBC News.

Diddy’s Lawyer Intervenes
Combs’ attorney spoke up the day after HSI carried out the search warrants at his houses in Miami and Los Angeles.
Attorney Aaron Dyer told E! News on March 26 that “search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences yesterday, involving a gross overuse of military-level force.” “There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”
Combs “was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities,” according to Dyer.
According to his attorney’s statement, “Mr. Combs and none of his family members have been arrested or had their travel rights restricted in any manner, despite media speculation.” “An advanced, well-coordinated media presence combined with this unprecedented ambush causes an unwarranted rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on baseless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”
