Kanye West is once again being accused of sexual misconduct, this time by a model who claimed he sexually assaulted and strangled her during a video shoot in 2010.
The suit was filed by Jenn An, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model, in New York on Friday (November 22), according to The Wrap.
She asserts that in September, 2010 she was present during the filming of the music video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill,” a song featuring West on the remix.
It is claimed that West selected her to appear in the video by specifically asking for an Asian girl.
He then choked her and forced his fingers into her mouth, moving them in and out repeatedly, stifling her (a situation the Plaintiff thought lasted more than a minute) to simulate non-consensual oral sex, while shouting, ‘This is artistic.’ This is freaking art. I am similar to Picasso. She stated that the entire attack was captured on film.
The lawsuit also includes Universal Music Group and Interscope as defendants, alleging that La Roux confided in a friend about witnessing disturbing behavior during the shoot.
West and An didn’t make it to the final version of the “In for the Kill” music video.
This is not the only recent accusation of sexual misconduct made by West. He was recently accused of participating in inappropriate sexual activities and sending nude photos of Kim Kardashian to a former employee in another legal case.
Murphy Aficionado, employed by Kanye as a project manager in 2022, sued the rapper and fashion designer for alleged misconduct in work meetings, as reported by Rolling Stone.
The lawsuit describes a supposed incident in November 2022 at a Beverly Hills hotel, where Aficionado was called by West, but arrived to find the rapper shirtless, out of breath, and with his pants undone.
Upon arrival in the hotel room, Aficionado alleges he witnessed Ye’s spouse Bianca Censori without a shirt on and suspects the pair had recently engaged in sexual activity.
When attempting to leave, the G.O.O.D. Music founder supposedly ordered Aficionado to remain seated, then went back into the hotel room and left the door slightly open while having loud sex with Censori.
The lawsuit alleges that Kanye emerged from the room wearing a T-shirt with a Swastika on it and confrontationally questioned the project manager: “Do you not appreciate my shirt?”
The rapper reportedly displayed naked photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian to Aficionado.
The lawsuit also alleged that Kanye West subjected Aficionado to “antisemitic tirades” and “racist lectures.”
