Diddy’s son hijacked his Instagram account in an attempt to restore his reputation.

Christian Combs, Diddy’s son, has taken over his father’s Instagram profile in an attempt to remind everyone of his “positive” achievements while his father is incarcerated.

A surprising video showing Christian (also known as King Combs) was posted to the mogul’s Instagram account on Wednesday, November 6, despite the fact that he has been largely silent on social media since his ex-girlfriend Cassie first accused him of sexual assault last year.

In the clip, the Bad Boy heir says: “Yo, wassup y’all? It’s King Combs. And right now, I’m taking over my pops’ Instagram. We gonna be posting videos, spreading good energy and taking y’all down memory lane of all the positive things he did.”

“So stay tuned and watch this, let’s go. We love you, pops. Happy birthday!” he added, referencing Diddy’s 55th birthday earlier this week.

Shortly after, King posted the music video for his father’s 1997 hit “It’s All About the Benjamins” with The LOX, Lil Kim and the late Biggie, writing: “My Pops motivation to making music is always to make us dance and feel good. HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPS !!!”

It appears that Diddy’s Instagram feed will likely see more old footage and moments shared by followers.

The action follows Diddy’s arrest as part of a broad federal investigation on allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors claim the Harlem-born hitmaker coerced women into having sex with male prostitutes, or “freak offs,” for his own gratification through the use of narcotics, assault, threats, and extortion.

He is also charged with overseeing and receiving assistance from a criminal organization that, among other things, committed bribery, arson, and kidnapping for more than ten years.

After being repeatedly denied bail due to allegations of witness tampering and obstruction of justice, Diddy has entered a not guilty plea to the charges and is currently being imprisoned at Brooklyn’s infamous Metropolitan Detention Center, where he is expected to stay until at least next spring.

Prosecutors have indicated that they may submit a supplemental indictment, which might result in additional counts and/or defendants, which could push back the trial date, which has been set for May 5, 2025.

The head of Bad Boy Records is also battling an increasing number of legal cases alleging a wide range of offenses, including drugging, rape, and sexual harassment.

According to the most recent, which was submitted in late October, he sexually attacked a 10-year-old youngster in 2005 while he was trying out at a hotel in New York City.

“As we’ve stated previously, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Diddy’s attorneys wrote in a statement to HipHopDX, refuting the accusations.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
